This China pastor we met in 2007 served 23 years in prison, tortured daily. Now in his mid-90s if still alive.

This is an exceptional building that is already up and operating on the outskirts of Dalian (about 20 – 25 kilometers). It has the license, the residents, and the staff. All we need to do is improve the interiors (slightly), rebrand the property, market the services to the public (not being done now), and expand the patient base from 40 (today) to 130.

The government owned facility in Dalian. The local authorities have expressed a desire to assist with the renovation, and they have called to follow up a few times. The photo you see here is the existing condition. The rooms will be refreshed with new furnishings and interior colors with a bathroom installed. All is subject to negotiation.

This Hotel sits within the proximity of a SOE (State Owned Enterprise) about 15 km outside of Dalian near the sea / gulf. Originally used a conference center and training hotel for the staff, they are interested in leasing it out to others. It is already licensed with furnishings and electronics and kitchens. The outdoor common area has potential.

The proceeds (herein defined at $50,000.00 USD) would be used exclusively for the purpose of securing real estate and/or facility. Prior to dispersal, Management would provide the Donor a list of potential projects along with projections and offers. Upon agreement from the Donor, the Anapauso will place the deposits and related expenses (stamp duties, rates, legal). Management will also use the proceeds for any renovations that facility might require.

Anapauso will only look for currently built facilities or existing elderly centers. Under no circumstance will the Company entertain buying land or any facility needing anything other than cosmetic (non-structural) renovations.

From time to time acquiring existing facilities housing the elderly may present themselves. The Company has a positive view of this, and Management will actively look for such properties.

Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, to acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord and who admonish you. 13 Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work.
